Refund Policy & Subscription Cancellation

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your member area or by contacting our support team.

To cancel via your member area:

  • Log in to your member area at https://albatherium.com/login
  • Click “Subscriptions” in the left-hand menu
  • Click “Cancel Subscription” in the top-right corner
  • Your cancellation will take effect immediately

Alternative cancellation method:

If you are unable to access your member area, you may cancel your subscription by emailing cancellation@albatherium.com. Cancellations submitted via email will take effect immediately.

You may also cancel before any upcoming billing cycle by managing your subscription settings or contacting our support team.

Refund Policy

By accessing https://albatherium.com or using any product or service provided by AlbaTherium, a product of KW3 Business Ltd, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

Eligibility:

  • Refund requests for any subscription type (monthly, quarterly, annual, or lifetime) must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • After 30 days, AlbaTherium is not obligated to issue refunds, including cases where automatic renewals were not disabled. Managing subscription renewals is the customer’s responsibility.

How to request a refund:

  • Contact us at cancellation@albatherium.com
  • Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days, subject to banking or payment provider processing timelines
  • All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase

Automatic Renewal & Billing

Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel or disable automatic renewal before the next billing cycle. By subscribing, you authorize AlbaTherium to charge the applicable subscription fees, taxes, and charges to any payment method on file.
