1. Your rights to refund shall be governed by this Refund Policy. All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Terms & Conditions of https://albatherium.com/.
2. By accessing https://albatherium.com or using any product or service provided by AlbaTherium, which is a product of DIGITAL EDGE WAVE LTD, we assume you accept this Refund Policy. Do not continue to use AlbaTherium's website if you do not accept all of the terms of the Refund Policy stated on this page
3. Subscription based Services
(a) This section shall only apply to subscription-based Services.
(b) In order to be eligible for a refund, the refund request for all kind of subscriptions, including monthly, quarterly, annual and life-time subscriptions, shall be made within 30 days of the date of purchase.
(c) After 30 days, we are not obligated to issue a refund under any other circumstances, including instances where you forgot about the auto-renewal of your subscription. We may (but shall not be obligated to) send reminders before each billing cycle. It is solely your responsibility to manage your subscription prior to renewals by logging in or emailing support@albatherium.com.
(d) To secure a refund, reach out to us at support@albatherium.com, and we will offer support within six hours of the communication being received. If the refund is approved, it will usually take us 3-5 business days to process the refund and for it to appear in your bank account. However, this is subject to the processing timelines of banking institutions.
(e) All refunds shall be processed exclusively through the original payment method used for subscription and shall not be available for payments made via cryptocurrencies due to potential transaction fees and other complications.
(f) UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US BEFORE A CHARGE THAT YOU WANT TO CANCEL OR DO NOT WANT TO AUTO RENEW, YOU UNDERSTAND YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY CONTINUE AND YOU AUTHORIZE US (WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU, UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW) TO COLLECT THE THEN-APPLICABLE FEE, CHARGES AND ANY TAXES, USING ANY PAYMENT METHOD WE HAVE ON RECORD FOR YOU.
(g) You shall not be entitled to any refunds which are not requested in accordance with this section.
4. Retail-based Products ("Products")
(a) This section shall only apply to retail-based Products sold by us.
(b) You may expect to receive the order as per the timelines communicated to you.
(c) Please note that orders will not be delivered on non-business days.
(d) Please note that the timelines are just estimates. Even though we use our best efforts to deliver the orders within these timelines, due to various practical reasons and concerns, shipments may get delayed by few days. We shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for any claims, damages, expenses or losses that anyone may incur as a result of delayed shipments. We will contact you if there is a significant delay in delivery.
(e) All shipping and handling costs, if applicable, will be displayed at the checkout page. Shipping and handling costs in cases of refunds and exchanges are governed by the sections below. We shall further not be responsible for any taxes or custom duties applied to the order. All such costs shall be entirely borne by you.
(f) We strive to ensure that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner. However, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage that may arise as a result of the customer's failure to provide the correct address. This includes, but is not limited to, any additional shipping costs incurred as a result of the need to redirect the order, or any delays or losses that may result from the order being returned to us due to an incorrect address. Therefore, we strongly encourage all customers to carefully review their shipping information before finalizing their order, and to ensure that their address is complete and accurate. If you notice that you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can attempt to make any necessary corrections before your order is processed.
(g) By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that you are solely responsible for providing the correct address for delivery. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us, and our officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses that may arise as a result of your failure to provide the correct address for delivery.
(h) We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your Product to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the Product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

(j) If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
(k) Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
(l) Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
(m) Please inspect your order upon its receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will not be eligible to any returns or refunds if you do not contact us immediately upon receiving defective, damaged or wrong item.
(n) We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
